Level Three Account making help

Currently I am working on making a New Tutorial Island runner. I need many level three accounts to test it on but I got a message from Runescape saying that I've made to many recently... So I am hoping some people would be willing to make some I could test with. You could either PM me the details or just post them in this thread (who wants to steal level three accounts with 0 skills?)

That is a list of proxy's. Open up 30 of them and make 90 accounts in no time :)

I tried one of the proxy sites and it still blocked me. I'm guessing that the saved data on my computer stops me from making an account or a cookie. :( or maybe it was just a bad proxy.

And I think they store by IP, I can make unlimited accounts using proxyes.. Idk why it doesn't work for you :/

Yhea i don't know why either prolly just the proxy but any way ty to Alligaattor for making some accounts.

P.S. the limit is like 5 an hour or something IMO.

I am still looking for more I have made about 15 on my computer with the error message being told frequently. I have used all 5 of Aligator's and now Mr. Klean's and am about half way done with the tutorial so please if you have some time please make an account or 2-5 and post here thx.
