Smart Timeout Error

First question: Does smart still only work unsigned?
The Error:
Every time i run SMART it runs, and once it is loaded it just sits there. It then says "Its been 3 minutes" and terminates the script.
Please Help (I will rep + write a suggested tutorial if put into post)

Move the SMART plugin to the plugins folder.

Done.

Yes, this will work with signed SMART.
