I think this is something you need for SMART. Search for it on the forums and you will find a thread on it.
Anyway, SCAR isn't 64 bit, so it will run in 32 bit mode.

It shouldn't be an issue, you won't notice. Your only problem is the dll. :p

it crashes when i run it.

edit 2: i moved msvcr71.dll (downloaded at http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.php?msvcr71) and it still gives me the missing DLL error.
could it be the capital letters? i have msvcr71.dll and it wants MSVCR71.dll
(http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.php?msvcr71)

Wizzups rep is disabled :D. Becuse he's a real man!
The letters shouldn't matter but sure make them capital.
Make sure you place the file in:
System Disk/WINDOWS/system32/

Does it do the error with any other scripts? I'm using Windows 7 x64 and I haven't had any errors with dll's.

Hey there. Download DLL. and then check what it says.. Because the missing DLL what you get is probaly different one ( almost exact name thought )

I'm Using Tiny 7 ( Windows 7 Small version ) and works brilliantly

Don't download the dll - what you are looking for is the MS Visual C++ Runtime Redistributable, google that, download it from Microsoft, and you will have the dll.
