There is a thing called Photoshop portable or something. It's like 50mb to download, and it's just 100% like photshop, but I can't remember where to get it.:google:

Photoshop : trial. Like it ? Buy it.

Else : Gimp (a bit complicated interface, so to make it look like Photoshop which is easier, take GimpShop).
Paint.net (yes, I'll be flamed for this but its quite good since you can work in layers :)).

Try Blender. Its really good if you want to make 3D animations and stuff.

Or buy photoshop elements, very cheap, a tiiiiny bit less functions ;).
