EDIT: Problem fixed, i didn't have installed SRL. lol for me...

You used the wrong slashes in your include paths.

...

{.include srl\srl.scar}
{.include srl\srl\extended\xmapwalk.scar}
{.include srl\srl\skill\mining.scar}

...

I dont think the slashes matter cause my slashes go the other way and it still compiles.
