Little help.

When I hold 'CTRL' for over a second on Vista, it opens the Start Menu Programs Folder on my taskbar, and its really annoying and intrusive, but Im not quite sure why its doing it.

I recently installed Sony Sonic Stage and it's started since I installed that, I had to reset, and now I have it's happening. Any help anyone?

Also, I dont want Linux or Ubu or w/e, so dont post that guys.. :D

Well on my keyboard, the windows key and the ctrl key are right next to eachother.

Simple solution is to check that you aren't accidentally touching the windows key ;).

If you aren't, something in the hardware could be causing the windows key to be "pressed" when you hold down the ctrl key? I would assume it is a hardware thing.

I don't know what the sony thing is. I'll have to google it before offering any other nub advice.

Isnt CTRL + ESC quick button to open start menu?. Maybe esc is stuck down

I would've opened it, and cleaned it.. just to make sure it's not the keyboards fault.
