Today my antivirus decided that SCAR Divi 3.21 had a trojan in it and decided to delete it and has continued to do this when I try to reinstall this. Anyone have any suggestions of how I can overcome this. I have McAfee antivirus and firewall etc.

Get rid of the real virus (Windows)
Yeah... I'm not sure why SCAR is picked up as a virus.

I had this exact problem, so I got rid of McAffe and got a better anti-virus software - works fine now.

It probably thinks since its meant to control the mouse that it deems it as malicious?

Na, it's the packer being used which might cause the heuristics of some anti-virus programs to freak out as it's self-modifying the program or something like that?
McAfee sucks! It gives a LOT of false positives.... I suggest using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 :) Its really good. Or maybe Norton Internet Security 2010 (haven't tried it but Norton 2009 was OK although it couldn't remove some virus) Kaspersky is the best in my opinion :)
Do you guys think JAGEX could have paid McAfee to put scar as a virus? If so then they might ask all major anti virus software companies to do the same.

Well thanks guys. I'm not interested in changing my anti-virus to be quite honest as it has worked for me for years! However, I may look into this :)

There must be some way to allow the file.

I'll have a look now but from what I can see it may be impossible. As someone said before they had the same problem and they had to change their anti virus so... Checking now ;) <3
EDIT: No Clue. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do. :(
