Something wrong installing scar?

I downloaded the scar setup stuff, and tried to install.

Halfway through the install, it says :

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory;
MoveFile failed; code 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.

Then it says abort, retry, ignore.
I retried, didn't work.
Ignored, and it didn't install right.
