I get this error with getting the installers from freddy1990:

And if I use scarprerelease SVN it also doesn't work on SCAR.exe
My firewall was disabled whilst trying the installer btw.

If it cant find Scar.Exe while its downloading then it has to be your firewall or some sort of system security.

YoHo why edit bro! 't was small pic... anyway. Windows Firewall was off, AVG is known to not-bitch with SCAR.

Yes, I had it on there.

I was going to suggest to check the registry but N1ke already said it. If that doesn't work, then Idk what to tell you.

Try restarting your computer and installing SCAR to a different location. i.e. C:\SCAR or something.

Also, possibly registry as stated previously.

I fix registry problems using CCleaner regularly but I'll do it again now. Restarting it right now makes no sense because I do that every day :p
I will try to put it in a different location before and after the registry stuff.

Just tried installing it, didn't work. Was pointed to My documents -> Downloads -> Programs -> SCAR 3.22
