SMART for non runescape scripts

Is there something like SMART for non runescape scripts?

I use a very simple, homemade script to autosubmit info. The problem is that it is quite slow, so I would like to run multiple instances of it. A VM is not a good option, it is too heavy(all the values are stored in arrays, because I don't know a better way) to run multiple VM's, and it has no failsafes:/

You could try using APPA, although I'm not sure you have access to it yet, since you're still a Registered User.
