DL Speed lies

My Network Magic says Download: 841 kbps, Upload: 92 kbps, but why are all my downloads in Firefox, IE, torrents, anything, always max ~115-125? Anyone know any reasons? It shouldn't be limited by something since Network Magic can still download the test at 841...

yup thats it ^^^
+ speed tests usually use ping packets to test maximum rate. and those are pinged to dif locations. so farther you are from the server + bigger file size = slowest download. and closer you are + smallest file size = fastest download.
