Traffic monitoring?

I need someone to recommend me a network traffic monitoring program that would be easy to read and make conclusions on without specific expertise in that area... E.g see how much RuneScape is making me download/upload in a certain time etc...

Runescape uses ~14mb of data in an hour, but mainly depends on what you are doing. Sometimes it can use more, up to ~30mb an hour

idle just standing there runescape will only send / receive about 1-2kb per 5 seconds
