Firstly, the Simba and MML project, and SRL use the Mantis Bug Tracker (http://www.mantisbt.org/). This is a very useful, open-source tool which allows the two developer teams to monitor bugs and fix them as soon as possible.

Note: SRL Bugs are now reported with the forum integrated bug tracker. Please click the "Bugs" option on the navigation bar at the top of the page to submit an SRL bug.

The Simba and MML project, and SRL Resource Library Mantis Bug Tracker is located at: http://bugs.villavu.com/.

This guide outlines how to report a bug using the Mantis Bug Tracker (http://www.mantisbt.org/).

Make your way to the report a bug page. (http://bugs.villavu.com/bug_report_page.php)

If you cannot access this page, make an account on the Mantis!

Open the Account Signup Page. (http://bugs.villavu.com/signup_page.php)
Make your username your VillaVu/SRL-Forums account name.
Fill in the other necessary information.
Note: There is no need to use the same password for your Mantis account as your VillaVu account.
Click Signup

NOTE: The much following are in the context of Simba and the MML, please apply similar logic when filing a bug about SRL.

Choose the Project.
You have two options, both described as follows:

Simba: Is the error related to the Graphical User Interface (GUI)/Scripting Client?
MML: Is the error related to the Macroing Library? So, is FindColorsTolerance messing up for you?
SRL: Is the error in the SRL Resource Library? Does FindBank not find and open your bank?

Click `Select Project'.

For the next part, attempt to fill in as much as possible. The more information we have, the easier it is to find and fix the problems.
The information asked for is as follows:

Category: Try to find the most applicable category of your bug/issue. If you cannot find it, pick something close or select the `Other' category.

Reproducibility: Here, state the level at which you can make the error occur. If it happens every time, say this, if you don't know how you did it (it happens), then choose that.

Severity: Use your judgement here, does the issue stop everything, or does it just bother you slightly during your use?

Priority: Is it a big deal, does it need to be fixed as soon as possible?

Summary: Try to explain the issue as short and sweet as you can. If your issue is: ``After I drag the function list off the left-side, it doesn't dock back, but instead crashes the program.'' This is too long, and would be much better as: ``Function-list crashes program while re-docking.''

Description: Explain the following -

Steps to reproduce (if known)
Explain the symptoms of the bug
Special circumstances when the bug does not occur

Additional Information:

Computer specifications -> Operating System, Architecture (32/64-bit), any other Hard/software specs if important.
The output from the terminal/cmd box.
Anything else you think is relevant to the issue at hand.

Upload File: If a picture is relevant, or a certain script causes the crash, please upload it. These can be misc files as well.

View Status: Leave this as public

Report Stay: Check this off if you are going to report more bugs.

Click on ``View Submitted Issue''

Lastly, the development team appreciates the effort everyone puts in to making this a great, stable project.

I highly doubt they would be integrated, but it would be a question to pose to Wizzup.

It's a lot of hassle, and requires 3rd party plugins to be installed.. So no for now.
