Scar/Smart crash

Whenever I try to run a script smart comes up and starts loading and then after about 5 seconds scar and smart both exit. :/

Also whenever I try to update my scar 3.23 Beta file useing SVN i get these errors.

Error: Server sent unexpected return value (405 Method Not Allowed) in response to

What section should this be in? Also this problem only occurs with Narcle's fast fighter so i'm good now thanks.
