java help?

hello, i recently got into rsps, and 95% of them dont work for me, everytime i click run, it says "'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

and i went in and changed it to the enviromental variables and did everything right, and i even googled it, still not working, help please.:redface:
