yeahhh, so, i'm limited on paypal, and to become fully verified then i need to confirm my details, but because i'm only 16 i'm not sure how this will happen. So, please help me :)

No, Im 15, I might have put a fake age (Was a while ago). But I have a debit card + checking account. Thats all you need.

No-limits are ok.
