Got a new computer with Windows 7 x64, tried installing scar 3.23, but when i run FixScar.exe it crashes. I have tried running with compatibility mode (winXP SP3) and admin. advice?

Does SCAR run without running FixScar.exe? If not, manually download the dlls that you need (I think it would say).

no it doesn't run, it says its missing the dlls...

it gives me a system error and says bass.dll

Edit: I installed 3.22, and tried to run 3.23...it ran...took of 3.22 and 3.23 still works...figured i just needed the dlls...
