Problem right clicking

Hi there,

I've tried to run a few scripts lately(POMES, runecrafter reborn, bumblebeez air crafter, ...), and faced the same problem with all of them. The scripts work perfectly, except for one thing, I fail at right clicking something and choosing an option from the drop-down menu.

Is there anything in particular that could cause this? have updated SRL, reflection, scar all to the latest revs.

Any tips on what I could try to solve this?

Scar 3.23 beta / Simba, SRL OpenDev? if not - check tut island.

Seems like a fonts or OCR problem, suggesting the above.

Hey there,

yes I do have scar 3.23, and SRL OpenDev updated with Tortoise SVN, also tried reinstalling everything, didn't help.

What exactly of Simba should I have?

I have a folder named Simba in both:
C:\Documents and Settings\Boris2\Desktop\SCAR\Includes\SRL\place inside plugins folder

and

C:\Documents and Settings\Boris2\Desktop\SCAR\Plugins

Neither of those are Simba. Simba is FOSS that is maintained, managed, and constantly developed here at SRL. You can post in this thread (http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53785) if you want access to the Simba forums (which help with setting up Simba with SRL and what not).

And try adding a wait for the ChooseOption. And remember that it's case sensitive. :)

Hiya,

As for Simba, that's a replacement for SCAR right? or can they be used together in some way?
So are you actually just suggesting that I don't use SCAR? But if I wanted to keep on using SCAR, would there be a way to fix my problem?

I tried increasing the waits in front of the ChooseOption procedure but this didn't have any effect.

Sometimes fonts mess up for some reason. Try doing it with other things like 'ancel' :)

Hmm, what can I do to fix a problem with fonts? And what is 'ancel'?

Tried running some other scripts but even the ones that work for everyone seem to do this wrong.

Do you get a runtime error? And does it pop up text.scar. Does a lot of that to me when I haven't specified the client correctly...or actually I have but it fails sometimes..

Nope, no error at all, just a mouse that doesn't know where to click and then a message like "couldn't open bank" as a reason for script termination.=( And no text.scar either..

I said try ChooseOption('ancel'); because it is always there and works fine for me. It's part of "Cancel."
