Anyone know this program?

There is this proxy program I have on my flashdrive (which i left at home) that basically emulated IE and let's you get onto any website at school. I forgot the same of it, so i can't look it up. It has a weird name like u53.exe or some crap like that. Anyone know what I'm talking about? And if not, do you have any suggestions?

^Basically it just lets you get around filters and such/provides slight internet anonymity. I like to think of it as a TOR portable-executable. Good for a few things, but there are better ways to get it done.
