I made a computer build a while ago and in about a week, I'll be able to afford it (hopefully). I am now wondering if the parts are all compatible with each other.

I have a ATX computer case and a 3gb/s SATA HHD in my house for it already.

is there a specific reason for the sata cable? I'm sure your mobo will come with like 4 of them. E: (or just 2 of them)
