Government issue. Help =S.

The Chinese government suspects espionage against them by one of my family members. Thus, they were detained... almost 6months now.

My family had quite afew dealings with Canadian government + lawyers. There were some e-mails to the detained individual's e-mail address that were kinda weird. Things like ("Hey bro, we got some nice info on the Chinese government. Etc"). Our Family sharesemails & passwords to each other's accounts soo.... that was an unusually email.

But today, we have received an email from the USA FBI director Robert S.Mueller (another family member's account). In an attachment headed by "ANTI-TERRORIST AND MONITORY CRIMES DIVISION", it stated that we are to reply to them by email or phone in 24h with our address, phone and names, or they can take legal action against us. We were told to contact revdanparker11@efcc-mails.org and ask for clearance documents.

This weird too. Why would USA be involved here? The Canadian embassy was our only contact until today.

What to do?

Oh, that's a relief xD... Just the email hit me a little hard cuz of its somwhat relevance with my situation.

1) The FBI would already have all that information if they had your email.
2) From and Reply-To would both be from an @fbi.gov email, if it was really the FBI.
3) They just want your information so they can market it off.

So don't worry, you're fine :P
