Can't find it. It is not in scripting tools or anywhere and I need it please give it to me!

SRL/Scripting Tools/

It's there for me. Make sure you're looking in the SRL scripting tools, and that you've updated SRL through SVN rather than the extensions, they don't seem to be working lately.
