Help with Java crashing

For some reason my Java keeps crashing, it crashes sometimes during Runescape and I can't even start Minecraft before it stops responding and says Java crashes... Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it? I tried reinstalling Java, and tried different versions but it still happens.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit
Nvidia 9800 GTX+ (Up to date drivers)

Is this while simple running the game or when using SMART? If you've tried reinstalling Java, the problem is probably located in a driver, try updating your gpu drivers, they are the most likely suspects.

I got it working, I don't know what was causing the problem but I just restarted my computer after reinstalling Java for the 5th time and it worked
