View Full Version : Is there a way to get rid of the file walls that pop up when script is run in simba?

hello im just wondering if i could remove those, even though i click "always allow" a couple of them pop up when i run scripts?

how? and would that effect the way anything runs?
No it wouldn't effect how it runs. If you so happen to run a script that steals passwords though you would most likely not catch it without either the firewall or good scripting knowledge and reading it through. The firewall is there to protect you and your accounts for thieves and other wrong doings.

If you disable the fi(l|r)ewall extension, (go to View -> Extensions); then you will no longer get those firewall / filewall popups. So in a way it does effect the way the script is run. But there are security issues if you aren't too familiar with the way Simba scripting works. So it's better to have it on. :)
