Script error- Compiling Failure

Attempting to use any script results in a an error message like this

[Error] C:\Program Files\Simba\Includes\srl\srl\core\Globals.scar(27: 3): Duplicate identifier 'UpChars' at line 26
Compiling failed.

Tried updating everything to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated :)
