Ya, I would say just try on craigslist for one of those.

But buy it cheap then sell on ebay. My brother bought four 27 inch monitors last year and made a $100 profit on each one.

If I find a 25-28 inch monitor for under 200 i'll get it.

Walmart has a certain brand thats a 26" for 198.

Eh. 32" if its $50 more, is worth it. imo.

Only if it has very good resolution and a fast response time(3s or lower). But I'm using it for a computer so I don't really want it that big.

Thats a pretty good idea ... but by saving money what I really mean is I do not have a lot of disposable income at the moment :).

And "merchanting" (lol) one thing is probably more hassle then its worth. Would totally consider it if I had say like 2k.

After Thanksgiving which this year is Novemeber 25th, the Friday after Thankgiving they have all sorts of sales. These sales are called Black Friday. Alot of people wait in line in stores around 12 am, until the doors open at 5 or 6am.

Usually around 1000's of people are trying to fit through one door and everyone is running through every store trying to catch the best deals.

Cyber Monday is the monday after thanksgiving, and usually u can find Online deals really cheap.

why so lolololol? CRT's usually have better performance than the LCD's most of us have today.

We still have an old TV with a trinitron tube in it. It still very good.

My CRT monitor for my desktop can produce really deep blacks and really bright whites, the colors are so deep and rich i would never swap it for another monitor unless it was better, it is by far much better than my other monitors or tv's in the house

It looked great, it just didn't support 1080p unless is was through dvi and with only 2 component inputs I had to switch cables all the time.

I am getting the most beautiful thing to me ever:
http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Schecter-Guitar-Research-Jeff-Loomis-FR-7string-Electric-Guitar?sku=513832

Gonna nail the bank a bit but I'm going to be using it for life for my hobby, so might as well :D
Extra string allows me to extend my arpeggio runs!

Like the longboards, they should last a long time ;) Making it quite worth the investment
