I don't get it :(
It might be due to some line somewhere not drawn straight, or the awkward way they move the pieces.
Can anyone explain it to me?

If you look closely, the orange lines doesn't quite hit the red lines, or the green lines.. that might be one reason

I know the answer.

The dividing line is indeed, as Zyt3x mentions, not straight. In fact the whole object is a tad bigger (distorted) then the square it looks like, just enough to squeeze in another box (65).

Clever trick, I read the solution somewhere.

It might not look like a lot, but if you gather all those 'points' it would eventually make up a whole square

good link Boreas. Thanks to others, I figured it was along the same lines as the "missing square puzzle". I find it to be a little more subtle, as the missing square one is more obvious. Also, the movement and chinese characters added to the mystery!
