problem with SRL

i have downloaded SRL on my desktop with no problems at all. when i tried to put it in on my laptop, i couldn't get it to work for some reason. i think i finally found the problem though and i don't have a clue on how to fix it. the problem (i think) is when i look at the includes folder on my desk top, and if i were to double click on one, for example if i were to double click on mining.scar or anything. on my desktop it would ask me if i want to open it in notepad, IE etc..
but when i double click on any of the includes on my laptop, it opens them in scar.. i am very confused as to why, and I'm not 100% sure i know if thats what is causing it, but i think it might be. if anybody has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated if you'd post them. thanks.

no thats not the problem, everything opens in SCAR for me. what error do you get when you run a SRL script?

Did you copy your scar folder over? i recommend deleting everything, and downloading it again

what do you mean "copy your scar folder over"? i don't get what i did wrong because i did the exact same thing on my lap top as i did on desk top i think..

@mjordan i just get the regular srl.scar does not exist and mining.scar does not exist.

make sure that you copied the srl files into your scar install directory; it sounds like you just extracted them to your desktop; they should be extracted to '*Drive*:/Program Files/Scar 2.03/'

no, i put the winrar file of all the SRL things in Scar 2.03 folder. then i right clicked on folder and clicked extract. thats it, and that should be all i have to do from what i know. then when i extract it an SRL folder pops up in scar 2.03 folder, and if i double click on it and look through things like skills and stuff, i can see all the includes. i don't know why it says they don't exist though whenever i try to run an SRL script though.. i guess I'll just try to reinstall it, although i have installed it 5 times :P

have you ran setup SRL? and sounds like you just didnt install it right to me. just make sure in winrar you extract to '*Drive*:/Program Files/Scar 2.03/'

Yes! i finally got SRL to download on laptop! i figured out i had a really stupid problem downloading it.. I feel so stupid cause i spent atleast 40 hours on my laptop trying to figure it out lol.. anyway, the problem i get now is whenever i try to run any script, even a script without 871 lines i get this error.

Line 871: [Error] (6743:11): Unknown identifier 'FindColorCircleD' in script srl\srl\core\Color.scar
did anybody else ever get that error or know how to fix it?
