Help On getting winzip SRL installed

Ok so I downloaded the winzip file of it and put it in my scar root file...now what do I do? I looked at the tutorials and I thought I installed it but then when running the setup script cannot compile line--- connot identify colorscircled....Anyway can someone please just explain step by step how to install it?HELP!

Copy the plugins that came with SRL to Scar's Plugins folder. that would get rid of that error.. and if you're getting that error, i think that you installed SRL correctly though.
