Is it safe to run multiple accounts at once?

Hi,
I was just wondering if its actually safe to have 3 or more accounts autoing on the same computer at once?

I was thinking, what if Jagex is looking at my IP and seeing how many accounts im play at once? Will i get banned?

Most likely you'll be safe, I think that if multiple people are connected through the same wifi they will all have the same IP, not sure on that, but I'm sure you'll be safe. Granted there is always the chance you will be banned just because you're botting, haha.

They get specific IP's from you wireless router which has its own IP. The 'outside world' so to speek only see's your routers IP.
At least I think thats how it works.

You can always use a proxy and have one account running signed while the other is running on an unsigned client.

I've run 6 or more accounts simultaneously for from one computer/ip for years, without any proxies or anything.

If they were planning to mass ban me for it, they should have done so by now, don't you think?

Long ago I used to run 4 at a time same computer/IP.
And for past few years whenever I auto it's almost always 2 accounts from same computer/IP, so it's perfectly safe from my experiences too.

with IPv4 which is what you're all currently on.. pretty much if you're under 1 building (especially homes) you're going to be 1 IP address, most schools work the same.

(IPv6 that will change, everything will have different IP)

anyway, no jagex can't really ban because of same IP, you can easily say that you're a library or school and they banned like 20 people who aren't you blah blah blah.. so they'll never do that

but if you do trade with your other accounts etc, then they can get you for that... under the same IP
