Problems with the .sex files

I recently re-installed SIMBA after a hiatus from runescape, and I can't seem to get any of the .sex files to update. I was wondering if there was a fix for this, I searched and found nothing. If there is not, would it be possible for anyone to give me the folder locations of where the .sex files install the includes, and possibly the locations of the databases online so I can tortoise SVN them. Just reinstall the entire Simba installer. They should be included in the installer, Jarred.
