Paypal -> money ?

My family is having quite a few problems on the economic side, debts just stack and we basically can't take a loan as we don't earn enough to possibly pay it back in time.

So I was wondering, is there a way to make paypal money into real money ? I'm thinking of selling stuff like my WoW accounts and things like that. Could help us out enormously.
