SetTargetDC

I always see SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC) in scripts, but i do not understand what it does. I could not find it in the documentation or the google.

It sets the device context (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphics_Device_Interface#Technical_details) that Simba/Scar's graphical functions look at.

When i use this function Simba gives me the error:
[Error] (162:3): Unknown identifier 'SetTargetDC' at line 161

It's a SCAR only function, Simba got something different for settings targets (check out setupsrl, but I'm not completely sure how it works).
