Post data to blank webpage

The chat app uses, http://www.hacohenwolf.com/chat.php
which use to be a blank page, What used to happen was that the blank page would update with text when you sent the data. However this no longer works, but I would like to use this same method of posting data to a website, how would I go about doing this?

Hey man, been busy with uni work, still am, hope to return properly at some point tho :) lots of new developments here, simba? is this basically open source scar? same syntax? I haven't had time to look at it yet, αθεοι how do you pronounce the last letter, the girl im seeing is greek, so im starting to learn some greek, still learning how to pronounce the letters :p

Simba is basically scar open-source yeah.. It's meant to be cross-platform, but PascalScript doesn't function on other platforms than Windows (And there's still some troubles on Windows. Especially 64-bit). Nielsie95 is developing Lape which eventually will replace PascalScript :)

Honestly, I have no idea how to pronounce the letters :p but if I'd have to guess I'd guess eye

SRL uses Simba, and it has taken over.
