Activate client

I KNOW ITS A BIT NOOB OF ME AND SOME OF YOU MAY SAY GO TO GOOGLE BUT ID RATHER MAKE IT PLAIN AND SIMPLE...
but like in scars function activate client is there anything similar in simba im starting to crypt really nice now but i still need to learn some things...>>>?:wowzers:

Theres a proc called ActivateClient in simba, but im not sure if its the same thing u want(and why do you need it anyway?)
