Hey all, I'm posting this as a help request to the Linux people of this forum. I have some experience with Linux, so the environment and such are not a problem for me, but I need some good program replacements to get fully off of Windows, except for gaming of course.

I'm also currently experimenting with Fedora, but I don't think I like it as well as Ubuntu. Either will work though, depending on which has better programs available (I'm betting they are mostly the same). Anyway, enough with ranting, the programs I would need replaced are as follows:

Dreamweaver
Flash

These are really my only two problematic programs to replace. I suppose I could run them in WINE, but that's a hassle to setup, and I don't think WINE supports cs5 yet anyway... So, suggestions? :o

Also if there are any other programs that you would say are must have programs for Linux, I would love to hear those too!

There is no alternative for flash yet :X. There are a few plugins for eclipse though.

Dang.. Alright, looks like I'll be flexing WINE's muscles for a bit.. Or should I run it in VMWare?

If your computer can handle to run a VM smoothly then that'd be the better route.
