Iamadam is no longer updating his Strongholder, and he gave us permission to repost it, therefore im making a new thread with the new script.

I am not gonna be around here for a while, got lots of stuff happening.

Wow,

I've gotta say, i am in love with this script. I've only been using this for two days now and it works like a charm, except the random logging out or getting stuck between the gates of war.

I wish i could help with improving the script but since i'm not great at programming i'll just give my full support to you guys!

Cool to see it updated, It seems to pick up items faster than reflection 1, but it still seems to click multiple zombies sometimes when it's still in fight. But nonetheless nice improvement, I notice you have two seperate sections for the pickup names and I.D's and the second one that is totally blank is the one that works. I'm guessing these R2 randoms are more stable than the R1 randoms?

The combat is significantly slower in this version, it doesn't seem to even check if the NPC is dead.

Did you modify any of the combat of this script when you converted it over?

He said to me he didn't. I only fixed walking part. Nothing else.

if you look around line 72ish, we added item pickup as optional. if its true itll use the first one with whatever id's you want, false uses the second with no id's. amount of food to withdraw was added as well, in case people want to lower it to have like 4 food because they last soo long down there and they want more space to pickup items.

i just looked through, and i forgot that yes i did change the fighting, i did it when interacting hooks were bad, and forgot to go back.

Lol yes, I just realized you added me to the top, That's what happens when you're 99att/str and a member =). And yes I will try to get another long proggy.

I had this problem with my fighter, you have to do -1*(XPGainedVar)

i used the original and was getting 66k p/hr members.

But from the comments of it being slow, and im to lazy to try R2, just dont think ill bother till R2 is complete.

slowness was fixed in 1.5a. it was something i temporarily had in there when animation disappeared.

Thanks for updating it and keeping it going. I'm still using his latest version and it works fine, but I'll definitely switch to this eventually.
Care to add a changelog to the first post to show what changes you have made from his, and what changes you have made from version to version? Thanks!

if you dont have reflection 2 this wont work.
and if you do, this script has it so if you make ref1 and ref2 in separate folders, but the same spot basically.

The XP overall would have been higher, but it got stuck in a random for like 3 hours when walking back to bank, while I was gone for awhile.

Just started running if i remember ill post a proggy later and one comment on the code
At line 164 you have it to go onto world 1 every time where as if you put 0 it will go onto a random world and will still be F2P as long as members := false :)


E: You must of being doing a good job still running but i have 38k xp per hour after the first hour

line 164 picks the server, which no longer is the world level. the server is the world level if its unsigned. and if it was 0, then everytime you restart the script, a new smart pops up because its a different server.

... duh. now if u read my comment, you would know that the code u wrote does not work on my machine. AFAIK if you dont put a begin/end, then the next line ONLY to the if/for/etc loop will work. i had my setting on true. what would happen is that since you do not have begin/end. no matter what i put in the itemsToPickUp := [....]; would not matter because it was just being overwritten a few lines later.

EDIT: just saw newest revision and saw it was added (but didnt know since it was not on the change log). sry if i sounded like a jerk, just trying to help.

For instance if you get a random while it is walking it won't realize and just stay logged in for hours looking for the path. Since it can't do randoms when walking is it possible to add a failsafe, like if it cant find the path for 10+ mins then to just logout?

For some reason lately I've been getting randoms often right when I leave to go to bank. I just had my char running for over 6 hrs and it didn't get one random, then when it's finally out of food and starts heading to bank. Almost everytime a random pops up and the script just continues to look for the path while in the random. Anybody else seem to be getting randoms when they leave to bank?

thats most of the time when they send randoms, but i didnt do the walking. i had to get help with that. ill ask and see if we can get randoms in there

uncuts. steel arrows are picked up sometimes too, but that kills the xp/hr.

It doesnt work for me unfortunatley :( when i rune the script it starts up the SMART runescape frame but it doesn't walk or even log me in :( furthermore i get this error ''SMART Initialized.

No, i still get the error. And the hooks, i have no clue on how to update them. I tried searching the forum but i can't make any sense of it :(

replace the old hooks.simba with this new one :)

I did what you asked, also had reflection 2 in the includes folder, added Hooks but nothing :( I'm getting desperate :P would it be a good idea to just Re-install the entire thing?

*btw** It doesn't even log in on the SMART frame

*Sigh* :P did a complete reïnstall moved all the files to the reflection2 folder, now i get this error

omg lol. shorty, if you are on, i found out the initial error. it was that the code (line 95 of the tab that popped up was incorrect). you need to change the file location. it shouldnt be 'includes/Reflection/lib/core/Hooks.simba' . it should be 'includes/{insert name of reflection folder}/lib/core/Hooks.simba' .

EDIT: sry mate, i just totally forgot that you needed to fix that after you get ref2 for the first time.

IT worked...sorta now i get this error without even logging in the account

I have been reinstalling simba and reflection 2 for countless times now :P, i almost had a major brain meltdown XD.

I havnt been able to go home and check if walking back to the bank works. Previous version it did so im not sure why it wouldnt now. Has anyone else looked at it?

I havnt been able to go home and check if walking back to the bank works. Previous version it did so im not sure why it wouldnt now. Has anyone else looked at it?

i verified it. but the reason i asked was cause the previous version just used r_windwalk, but this version i went back to r_windwalkex that had the randoms in it. it didnt work right away when i converted the script for some odd reason, and home changed it to R_windwalk making it somehow work. i just didnt have the time to verify it prior to the quick release.

The script encountered a random while walking back to the bank, and it threw a fit for a while, saying:


formWriteln: [Reflection] The Inventory interface doesn't exist!
formWriteln: [R_WebWalk] Failed more than 20 times

It then logged out. It could just be me, but I am not sure the random problem has been fixed. Thank you for your time on the script.

I cant get the PVP boolean for world switching to work. because i personally like going on those world because the stronghold is usually empty.

Drops potions after withdrawing.
Edit: I Fixed this by disabling the drop junk function ( i never liked it anyways ).
The thing about potions is that it will only drink if you insert the exact name (Attack Potion (4)) and even if this does make the potion drinking work, you still have the suffix problem which is that It will only drink a (4) potion. So there needs to be a filter that tells the script to ignore the suffix of the identified potion as (3) (2) (1) are treated as completely different objects.

had the mardaut random, and i knew it rarely solves that one, so i solved it got out of it got my xp lamp etc. and then once i hit play it noticed random was solved but continued to click on the bottom right screen. :duh:

1. attacking some rats as a mistake kind of thing?
2. if theres another player prob right clicking there name, sorta like...checking there name and combat
3. maybe if theres another player ask them what they are training?
with the #3 maybe a yes or no in talking, as some dont like to bot talk

the problem is that you couldnt just call that once. it would be part of the antiban, and it could be called frequently. realistically if you look at someones combat, you dont continue to do it.

if you have the newest reflection 2, then it will solve most randoms. but random solving is not part of the script, thats reflection 2. the script looks for them, then runs the proper solver.

if you get 99 str, post up a pic.

im aware thaat the xp can be off. it lags and cant find your xp right away is why it shows what youve posted. another thing is sometimes the xp/hr goes negative and is not accurate. that is within the xp gained as well.

Can you make a banking option to choose which items to keep in the inventory. If I ever want to go crumble undead some zombies I need the first 2 or 3 slots reserved for the chaos wind and/or water runes for the spell.:)

im 99% sure its an error on my part. when i added the items not to deposit, i noticed it stopped dropping junk and probably wouldnt pickup items due to the array of items to pickup not being even with each other.

i believe its fixed in the new version. i know itll pickup steel arrows, but i havent had a gem drop so im unsure about gems yet.

just added range support which i never noticed your post on the second page until now warrior, sorry about that.

i screwed something up in 1.7, it didnt pickup things for me or a few others, but its confirmed working and 1.8 and range support so might as well get it

i know horrible xp/hr (about 38k/hr), but i went back to item pickup to test it. im also testing not deposit, and thats working as well. it took 1601 minutes to get 10055 steel arrows. they are chillen in my inventory because thats what i was testing with.

its still going, and i think i figured out how to fix the xp/hr glitch. ill work on that and test it if this ever stops. hoping to see more proggies like this

Edit: I forgot to add that the slow killing isn't there from the start. At the beginning, the script runs great, it attacks a new zombie as soon as the current one dies, but after 100 minutes, the killing slows down significantly until it reaches a point where it stops killing altogether. I had to restart the script several times every two hour or so because of this.

do you have the newest version? and reflection2? if not those are your issues.

and to the inactivity, it shouldnt do that. but lets verify the first things and we can go from there

@BolShank25 <3 thanks again for revamping/updating this great script. It's freaking awesome and one of the best xp/hr for f2p combat. One (the only) problem I have sometimes is that the script just stops, for no reason.... It says running (in SIMBA) and Finding Monster (in the proggy) yet the account is logged out and nothing is going on. It happens at random times, sometimes after 1 hour sometimes after 8, but I can never seem to figure out why, is this common for anyone?

Yes I have the latest versions of both. It logged out due to inactivity again after I came back to it after 103 minutes. It says finding monster but doesn't even move the cursor. Have to restart every time after it passes 100 minutes.

You should add support for multiple 'NotDeposit' and 'PotionNames'. Still unable to mage with this script. Also, 1.8 doesn't work.

I made a cheap fix to let me use cumble undead. You pretend a chaos rune is a potion and you donot bank 25000 air runes. The air runes stay in your inventory while the script withdraws 2500 chaos every trip. Since it thinks chaos is a potion, you must change the 'drink' uptext to 'examine' and make the replenish rate a very large amoutn ex 99999 so that it only happens once. you must also watch this bot working since there is a good chance the banking process could go wrong.
Please enable multiple potions/donotbank in 1.9. Thank you! :)

PS For 1.8 I changed setupreflection to setupsrl to get it working? Is this a good fix that wont change much or should I fix whatever might be wrong with my reflection?

setupsrl is setupreflection. they are pretty much the same thing.

im working on fixing do not bank, im not sure if i can add multiple potions. what potions do you want to use?

new version, no longer using id of not deposit, so just put rune if you want to keep the runes in your inventory. please test as its unverified with runes, but i tried it with uncuts and it worked

I found a small problem when picking up arrows. If there is only one or two arrows, the script right clicks beside the arrow instead of doing it on the arrow. If keeps doing that as long the arrows are visible. Put a failsafe there to only right click if the uptext shows 'arrow'.

I've only used this one, so no idea. But I've been using version 1.8 and it was working just fine until recently (believe rs updated too) and now it's been clicking zombies even while I'm in combat.

My guess this line is wrong if(r_AreWeInteracting(InFightWith, False))

Jagex doesn't really seem to ban unless a player gets reported. They are really turning a blind eye to autoing. I believe they are being smart and trying to go after the bot developers themselves, because banning each individual botter won't do anything.

Still wondering why script is trying to attack other zombies while in already in combat.

Control f and search for members, there should be one that is set to false! I´ve had the same problem this day, was kicking zombies for 5 hours... set to true and voila, scimmy madness...

yea I put auto retaliate on.. it just clicks a new zombie goes back to fighting old.. repeat repeat, only takes maybe 10 seconds to kill each zombie but kind of weird

Very weird. I've ran script 1.9 since it came out and never had this problem. Maybe it will click another zombie while one attacks me but never flooding the chatlog.

You don't need to have a reflection2 folder in Includes anymore. The original reflection does the same thing.

ok i dont think this is the scripts fault but the script is clicking another zombie before it finishes killing the one i am already attacking. Any idea why it isnt waiting for the zombie to die before it clicks another 1?

2.0 is working fine for me. Though sometimes it cannot tell your in a fight when the Zombies get aggressive and start to attack you right after finishing a fight.

u can get 70k xp/hr with this script...there is something wrong with srl i think

I usually stay between 20-35k/hr fight zombies + item pick up. Do not forget to at in item pickup time into the equation. That is probably why it is low.

Started out with like 14k steel arrows, down to 2k...are you sure this itempick for the steelarrows work? obviously ranging them. also instead of getting cooked sharks which was first spot in my bank it scrolled down and got raw sharks.

I can confirm that steel arrows do get picked up, though it will only pick up the arrows that are under the killed monster. It can sometimes miss them due to moving the mouse just a tiny bit too far. If your monster moves a lot your going to lose arrows since there is not a item search loop.

dungeoneering reward when you kill things the 100% bonedrop gets converted straight to prayer xp.

The guy I would like to run this script with is a def 1 pure, and I'd like to kill goblins with it. The problem is that it's multicombat area and my character can't handle multiple targets at once.

It targets new goblins too fast (I can't one hit them down), how could I slow it down a notch or two?

umm im pretty sure this will work. let me know.
1. hit ctrl + f to pull up the search function in simba.
2. "then //try to clicky him." put that in without quotes
3. under the first "begin" above this line (should be like 5 lines up) go ahead and press eneter to add a new line.
4. in that blank line add humanWait(3000);

so your overall result should look for the 3 lines like (with 2 surrounding that 1)

begin
humanWait(3000);
lastInteractedTile := npcs[index].tile;


......this will give u an extra 3 seconds -ish to kill the goblin....if its still not enough go ahead and add more numbers...so instead of 3000, put like 7000 for 7 seconds ish..... thats about 2-3 more hits with a weapon...

and if ur asking me why cant i just give you the line number? well that's because my version of the script is heavily modified by me lol. so our lines don't match up...

ps: im 99% sure this will work, however since it does check fight location, the script might know its a multi combat zone and not care because it assumes u can kill the goblins fast enough. in this case, let me know and ill actually look into it. cuz this is just the first and easiest solution ima throw at you. if your a member, go ahead and buy a food called mackerel. its extremly cheap, and perhaps will have you running to the bank often, but like i said its extremely cheap lol. make sure your auto retaliate is ON

EDIT. Script has some problems finding the southern Gate of War (the gates always come in pairs as you know) when heading back to bank to restock for food. The mouse hovers near the Gate but not close enough to bring up the uptext.

the object finding is all on R2, i cant really do anything about that, and ive noticed it was having some issues with other scripts too. as for the gate finding, doesn't it fix itself even if it misses the gate?

Yes the mouse tries to fix itself and find the gate but it keeps missing it, until I manually help out or until it does find the gate and clicks it (usually takes multiple minutes).

it doesnt pick up arrows? you probably don't have it set up right....copy and paste your pickup info so i can take a look. dont paste the whole script, or if you do, make sure to take out your username and password. and plz oh plz put it in tags...scar tags preferably cuz im used to lazerus colors.

since you guys seem to think the gate is having issues i guess ill test it out...even if there are issues im a bit worried that there will be minimal-nothing i can do, but who knows ;) all i can say is ive never used goblins before..... hmm maybe good for my bonecrusher....:p

Its ok I fixed it, just changed whatevers in ' ' on line 1347 to 'row' :). One other thing I noticed, when ranging goblins, if it's ranging a goblin that isn't able to hit on you (eg shooting across the permanent skeleton on the north part of the floor in goblins) and teh script auto wields arrows while fighting, your character stops ranging and then the script just times out (I watched it for 20s+ before I fixed it manually). The script doesn't terminate but it takes a long time before it selects another goblin to fight. This has happened to me a couple times now. ALSO: LOVE THE SCRIPT DUDE

oh good. cuz i didnt have the time to look at it. this script got me quite a bit. 90-99 str 70-99 atk (98 right now 99 tommorow =D ) 70-91 def [next 99] 85-97 hp [should get 99 before 99def haha...] ...and i havnt done range yet but i will..or maybe il just chin it....idk i am kinda pressed for time....

anyway since u fixed the door good to know, but for those of us who have this edited heavily, can u specify the adjacent lines to what you refer to as 1347? thnx lol

so ive been having some interesting issues with this script. its actually an issue ive seen before i just never reported it lol.

basically there are 2 issues:

1: the script never picks up loop/teeth half of a key even though the name and id is correct. it will right click on the drop, but then just click a zombie as if it doesnt see the textbox saying "pickup tooth half of a key".....

2: if i add bonecrusher to "items not to deposit" it stops throwing away vials (which is important cuz thats inv space for gems lol)

my quik solution is take less pots so i got room, but i saw how you added the "item not to deposit" ...u added it like its a pot lol. which almost makes sense but yeah theres the issue with that...so if u get a chance fix that pl0x lol. or i could give it a try if ur busy.

I seem to get a lot of
"Couldn't eat...killing you sorry" and the log out messages even when I have food (cooked trout).
Normally happens around 70-80 minutes but sometimes sooner/later too.
Besides that still running great.

The VERY TOP of the VERY FIRST post says in BIG LETTERS

Iamadam is no longer updating his Strongholder, and he gave us permission to repost it, therefore im making a new thread with the new script.

Also ANY scripts which use reflection are BROKEN.
If you see that error in any script it's broken.
Only COLOR scripts work now. So look in more active/updated threads for scripts.
