Simba icon disappears on windows 7 SP1

So I just installed windows 7, doing all the updates while installing my programs and I was like wow cool, Simba keeps it's icon in windows (unlike Ubuntu on my other HD) anyways I start updating again and when SP1 restarts I see these copy dialog in the upper left thinking it's a virus or something, but after this is finished I assume it's windows 7 SP1 copying files which makes the Simba icon disappear. Very weird, can anyone shead some light on this?

never heard of it happening before, but what you could do

right-click on the shortcut -> properties
Go to the Shortcut tab and click Change Icon
Browse to C:/Simba and open Simba.exe
choose simba icon and click OK

EDIT: if that doesnt work, then go to https://github.com/MerlijnWajer/Simba/blob/master/Projects/Simba/Simba.ico and click on "View Raw"
put the file it downloads into C:/Simba
then go back into the shortcut properties and change the icon, but this time choose the simba.ico

of course you could always reinstall simba
