Problem with Simba [Archive] - SRL

I was trying to download Simba 0.97.1 but I had some problems. I get the file downloaded but when I try to run Simba the program don't open. I attached a picture of the problem.

The window in the picture opens and that's as far as it goes. Simba don't open!

I hope you can fix this problem for me.

Delete your Settings.xml file.

The ones you need.

These are for everyone. (People who want to dev as well as just leach)
extension.sex, SRL.sex, MSI.sex, assosiate.sex, security.sex

These are more for developers.
Paster.sex, DTM_Editor.sex, CRov.sex (I think this one is broken)

delete your simba folder in the location you had the file saved then try installing it.
I assume your upgrading right?
