Run as administrator error

Hey, I'm new to this, so bear with me here. I set up all of the things and got to the MSI form, filled it out and ran it. Everything works fine until it logs me in and tells me I need to rune Simba as an administrator. So i close Simba, then run it as an administator and get the same error. I repeated this 2 more times with the same result. What should i do?

What is the error you are getting?

"SPS: Access Violation

Please run Simba as an administrator by right clicking and choosing "Run as administrator. You may also have to restart Simba a few times.

Sorry for the inconvenience."

That's the error I'm getting. The only thing is I've been running Simba as an administrator for the past 5 or so attempts and keep getting this.

That is a super common error that happens when you run MSI, it's really annoying and we are working on fixing it, but as of now we are unsure on how.
All you can really do is keep restating simba and hoping it works, it's a problem with SPS (what MSI uses to walk).

Went to that thread, saw the thing about running it directly from the MSI folder, and it worked. Thanks for the help.

Was just about to post that running it directly from the msi folder fixed it for me, glad to see it works for others too
