How much does task manager say it's using?
Kind of depends on the script you're running too, but Simba and SMART always take up about the same amount of CPU and there isn't really a way to lower.
You could move the slider on the right side of SMART down to about an inch or 1.5 inches from the bottom. That lowers the FPS ( might help but very slightly). Also in your runescape ingame settings there is a dropdown box in which you can choose CPU usage from low-maximum.

Not much you can really change 'it is what it is' :/.
Link to script? Or is it one you made?
What does the 'memory' or whatever tab in task manager say? Should be ###,###K.
Wana take a screenshot of it?

You can't really make Simba use less cpu without making it less efficient. I'd only suggest trying it with like woodcutting scripts that doesn't require a lot of clicking fast.

Are you only using a single-core CPU or something?
