It's a security measure, is all. I don't get the prompt very often, either. Not sure why. May be a setting somewhere, I dunno.

But yeah, it's for safety reasons.

No idea. May be different for different account types. I think you only get prompted on login, so if you're always logged in you won't be prompted unless it's something that Wizzup? 'forces' in the case of a DB issue or the like (has happened before).
