I allways get this error when trying to run the bot is there any fix? thanks.

This means you don't have the latest fonts. Simba should have updated these automatically when you started it. Try going up to Tools > Update and see if there's an update available. If there is then let it update, close out, and restart Simba. If you still get the error after that go up to SRL > Check for Update. Let that update, close out Simba and restart it. That should take care of your problem.

I am being told that there are no updates available? Is there anything else?

Also next time please name your thread a bit more informative.
Something like "Unknown identifier 'UpCharsEx' when starting MSI" tells us a lot more about your problem.

EDIT: You're trying to run MSI, right?

i am now getting this error also when trying to run MSI.

Did you try following these instructions?

When trying to run MSI, did you open the MSI menu on the top and hit Run?

ok well i pressed run after i clicked on msi i got this error.

The bot used to work but someone said i should delete a player.txt file and that made the bot nonfunctional.
