Will running two bots (two different accounts, doing different skills) increase the likely hood of getting caught? idk im noob.

On the same computer? Then obviously jagex can tell that the accounts are coming from the same ip, but i dont think its a big problem unless you bot crazy, i know a lot of people who bot on more than one acc and no bans. It all depends on how good the script is, and how long you run it for.

Nah I doubt it can for many years I've been autoing, many times 2+ account sometimes up to 5 at the same time, all different servers but same computer and I've never gotten a ban.

jagex can't see past your IP, meaning the initial router of the building you're in.. so they just see 5 accounts under 1 building, there could be 500 computers in that building for all they know so it would be crazy to ban based on that

unless they watch what you do with their cache (maybe not an invasion of privacy laws..) or if they watch your processes (definitely an invasion of privacy laws)

I'd assume you're ok in any situation.. I'm really interested if you get banned because of multiple accounts.

False. They could easily get your LAN IP, and anything else about your computer. You agree to their privacy policy, and even then your LAN IP is nothing secret that they'd get in trouble for scanning.

oh, so in their privacy policy they now say they're allowed to look into those types of private things?

Isn't Jagex able to detect 2 accounts on the same computer if your running the signed client? (which is all you can run anyway since they scrapped the unsigned client)

yes they can, but afaik they don't bother to ban anyone who does that, its more likely the script that will lead to a ban.

yea, I'd imagine constant trading of high amounts of gold or something and "same IP" will set off their flags, they can't monitor everyone... just same IP doesn't really mean anything

It wont increase the chances of getting banned, but if one of your accounts get banned, the other will most likely be banned too.

ah never really read the java agreement or anything

I know nearly anything is possible when you allow someone to run a java program on your machine

Plus Jagex stores the UID on your computer, that's enough. No privacy breach at all using that one.
