SMART error

hi today i must reistall my VPS but i got some error when try to run smart i follow tutorial foun o this forum every time when i try to start smart vith this script
program new;
{$i srl/srl/misc/smart.scar}
{$i srl/srl.scar}

begin
SetupSRL;
end.
i got this error
