Laggy Runescape chat heads

As the title says, ever since recent, whenever I would "Play" Runescape, I would notice that the interface chat heads are "Lagged" and will not move until I move my mouse over the "Click to continue" text.
It's kind of hard to explain but I hope that's enough.

Is there any reason this could be happening? I have everything updated, etc.
Here's my computer specs, just in case:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
CPU: Quad core
RAM: 8gb
Graphics: 1024 MB GeForce GTX 460

I remember that it did happened to me too, might be that you have safe mode on the graphics option? try changing it to software or opengl?

I believe it's something to do with Safe Mode. I have the same issue.

I agree, I've had many issues with Safe Mode regarding items appearing to be smaller or the text not working correctly. Changing your graphic settings to Software/Open GL would most likely fix the problem :)
