Need to update SRL/SPS/MSI after every restart

Why do i have to update after every restart, none of the updates remain, all are rolled back

Update SRL/SPS/MSI one time through Simba then close it out after the updates are complete. Close Simba out, not the black debug window. Now restart Simba, the updates should already be installed.
