Can i pay rsgp's for a scipt?

I was wondering if i could ask someone to make me a script, for my own private use. I would pay them some rsgp's, is that allowed here?

Scripting at the promise of a donation is pretty much making one script sale and then releasing it to public. Just make a request and ONCE THE SCRIPT IS DONE, donate. Don't even mention donations before that, no need to corrupt scripters.

If they're doing it for the donation they aint doing it for the communities good but for personal gain.
