MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer...

I seem to get this error message popping up when trying to start MSI.

'The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Simba but I still get the error, can anyone help me out with this?

Was about to say the same, I understand if something really is hard to find but all you need to do is google that dll or serach here.
