I have just tried, and download the new java down, it still says the same thing?

What version of java? 32 or 64 bit?
If you have both versions installed, what version is your 32 and what version is your 64 bit?
Ask me if you need more clarification about that.

Wow that is pretty crazy.... Still getting smartfindcolor as your error? Or a different one?
Only other guess is to uninstall Simba and follow the install guide again this is very odd!

I believe so yeah. If you click the SRL logo on top left and look at top few threads there is an install guide there. Make sure you followed all steps and update MSI, SRL, extensions, and have newest Simba.

I have this problem.. I reported this already (http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69346&highlight=access+violation). There is only one way to fix.. Use the OLD SRL Include instead of SRL 5 or the newer versions of 4. I'm not sure what causes it either but I thought it to be the libsmart..

Though I recompiled smart and everything, I still cannot get rid of it for srl 5. Completely wiped my computer.. re-installed windows 7.. still happens LOL. I'm on windows 8 atm.. and have yet to bot but I'll send u my backed up old include which should NOT give u that problem.

After replacing ur include.. go to C:/Simba/ and run Simba.exe from there.. Now paste this and run it and see what happens.

Can run it anywhere but I'd say soulwars/castlewars chest or a bank chest such as the one in the lumbridge basement is recommended. It should NOT give u access violation. All other includes some how give me that stupid error too :c thus I'm not updating mine.

EDIT: If anyone is helping him later.. He had to go so I will continue but Just note: He has x64 java 26 mixed with an x32 java 30 update. i got him to uninstall the java 30.. when he's done uninstalling that, he can re-install that x64 java since his machine is x64. It shouldn't really affect him though.. but it does for whatever reason..

As for if you decide to run his simba, you MUST run it as administrator because it complains about not having privileged mode or something. That's it for now.. I'll await his pm when he is able to tv again.. if someone else decides to continue. feel free to do so. And an SRL 4 & 5 include.. I removed the 5 and installed the 4.

Did you run RS in the browser before trying to load SMART?

I am pretty sure I had the same exact problem, or a very similar one before.

What fixed it was uninstalling Simba, and deleting every program file related to it, and then re-installing it. (1st time I got the same problem, 2nd time did the trick)

So have you tried that?
